On all Gisser Jewels jewelry items you will receive a warranty of 12 months. If anything happens to your purchase within that first year period after your purchase, we will take care of it by repairing or exchanging your jewel.

This jewel is made of recycled 925 sterling silver and finished with a gold plating. The plating has been given an e-coating for extra shine and durability to your jewel.

Returns
You may return your Gisser Jewel item(s) for free within 30 days after receiving or picking up the package. Make sure you have your order number and postcode available.

Returns are only refunded when the item is unworn, undamaged and in its original package. You will be refunded within 14 days after we have received your return request.
