You may return your Gisser Jewel item(s) for free within 30-days after receiving or picking up the package.


When you are based in The Netherlands or another EU Country please follow this link. Make sure you have the bar code and post code of your package available.

When you are based outside the EU, please drop us an email through the contact page with your request to return the goods.

Returns are only refunded when the item is unworn, undamaged, in its original packaging box and pouch and has the tags still (unharmed) on them.

You will be refunded within 14-days after we have received your return in our atelier.

Only returns initiated through our return portal or via email will be handled.
