Returns

You may return your Gisser Jewel item(s) within 30 days after receiving or picking up the package at your own expense. 


To request a refund, please email us at service@gisserjewels.com. We will then send you instructions on how to return the items to us. Please do not send in your items before we have approved your refund, as otherwise these items will not be processed for a refund.

Returns are only refunded when the item is unworn, undamaged, in its original packaging box and pouch, and has the tags still (unharmed) on them. 

Once we receive your return and it is accepted, you will be refunded within 14 days.

Only returns initiated via email will be handled.
